They say the are gold but in the description they say they are painted either silver or gold. I never wear any gold in my hair because of my particuliar silver color of gray hair. It kind of clashes. I stick with silver all the time instead of gold. Are there silver ones? I know I am a pain with these orders!! picky ..picky... :-) Cher~
