Hello,Can anyone direct me to a good site that will show me how to create the following hairstyle(s)?.... I'm not sure what it is called but you somehow braid/twist your hair to make your hair look like a crown...... The best way I can explain would be like the styles in the movie "Ever Aftr" (although I have never seen it) I like those sorts of hairstyles. Thanks SO much!Jennifer B.

Hi Jennifer,I'm not sure exactly what you mean, the only thing I can think of is braiding the hair around the crown of the head. You probably need somebody else to do it for you.....Start at the back of the head and make a parting down the back as though you were going to do pigtails.Begin to braid the hair at about mid-back-of-the-head level, incorporating new strands in from the loose hair every time you use the section on that side (a picture would make this sooooo much clearer)keep the hair tight(ish) while you work and try to use strands of about the same thickness each time you add, sort of like a french braid. This will result in a french braid that goes horizontally around your head and will eventually circle all the way around it (whether you include/have bangs is up to you). When you reach your starting point braid all the loose hair and twist it into a knot to cover the start/finish point.Well, that's a clear as mud isn't it? I HOPE this made some kind of sense. I could try to sketch it out.......live long and prosper Andy :-)
