Date Posted: January 12 2000 at 2:45am Help! My beautician permed my hair on Thursday and it did not take! What happened? I followed instructions as to not shampoo or condition for 48 hours. This morning, I wet my hair and it is hanging limp all over with no curl at all in several places. Was it the solution? Was it the timing? How long do I have to wait until I try again? I do have color on my hair, but I have had many perms with color on my hair before and this is the first time a perm did not take. Advice please. Thanks! ------------- Jackie
