Does anyone know where I can find pictures (or even better, techniques) of victorian-era hair styles? For example, the "Gibson-girl" look, or how to achieve a full-bodied "up-do," etc.?I have *almost* waist-length hair that I want to experiment with for my wedding that is coming up next month. My dress looks very antique, as well as our wedding theme, so I'd like just the right look for the big day. Besides, it is a very special occasion & so I want a very special style. I'm disappointed in all the bridal magazines--all the long hair styles seem to be very tight buns (blah!), braids or french twists (boring!) Those are all styles I wear on a daily basis--I want an elegant, antique look for just this one day!!Does anyone have any web links, or know of any books, or have any pictures that can be sent to me? Thank you in advance!
