I am try to decide between highlighting my hair or lightening it all-over with a permanent color (lighter blonde). I'm rather conservative (in the Air Force) and can't have anything "wild"...but really need a pick-me-up. Any suggestions? At-home or salon? Highlights or all-over? Thanks! Replies:
