Date Posted: January 12 2000 at 3:18am Just bought some hot rollers and would love some tips. My hair is past the shoulder and very thick. I love the way it looks but need some advice. I bought Revlon's 20 hot roller set with the large rollers. It says not to use hair spray with the rollers, yet every tip I've seen has said to put some hairspray on the hair before rolling it. Could Revlon just mean not to spray hairspray directly on the rollers?Alos, to the people who have used them a long time...is it better to wash the hair the night before or that moring and use the rollers when hair is (very) slightly damp?
