I hair that reaches my lower back. It's naturally wavy, though not very obvious at this lenght. When I had short hair, it looked incredibly curly. The longer it gets the more unamangable it gets. I have virgin hair in good condition, that is trimmed regularly but it tangles constantly. I'm pulling out lots of hair every day just trying to get the tangles out.My last hair stylist recommeded a mositurizer from Nexus (hummectrus sp?) I don't think its helped. I love having long hair but I don't know what to do about the tangles.I detangle my hair in the morning. By lunch time, I can't run my fingers through my hair without reaching a snag. All I'm doing is siting at my desk. On days that I go to the gym it's even worse. All suggestions appreciated.

Your description fits my hair exactly! Except that my hair has spots that are wavy and spots that are more curly. Anyhow, here's what works for me:1. Weekly hot oil treatments2. Washing my hair at MOST every other day, preferably every two days.3. Using "frizz-ease" or a similiar product. (I've heard that salon brands work better--I'm too cheap so I've never tried them! Karen can prob. recommend good products here)I wear my hair up most of the time, but on days that I want to wear it down, I wash it & put it in pin curls for the night. When I wake up, it has good curl that lasts several days--but my hair feels soft & is more "brushable" than if I had used a curling iron or hair dryer.I hope this information helps. Good luck!> I hair that reaches my lower back. It's naturally> wavy, though not very obvious at this lenght.
