Date Posted: January 12 2000 at 3:30am I noticed when I am at college my hair is very staticy (beyond control) but when I go home for breaks my hair is not. I use the same products and everything and so have come to the conclusion that my problem may be due to the water at school since the water there seems very chlorinated and may be hard. Is this assumption correct. Replies:
