Okay, I may be opening myself up for a "duh" or something, but when I try to blow dry my hair straight using a round brush, I get curly-on-the-ends hair. I have chin/jaw length hair with bangs (which get especially curly with this method). I think I am pulling the brush taught, but my hair doesn't "stick" on the end, you know? I mean, it just slides off when I get to the ends. The round brush I use is of a good diameter, according to the woman at Sally's (who sold it to me) for straightening hair. What am I doing wrong? Do I need one of those obscenely large round brushes, even though my hair isn't long? Should I use a paddle (flat backed brush)? How about some discussion on this topic? I know a lot of people blow their hair straight..and I'd like to join the club!
