Date Posted: January 12 2000 at 3:43am If internal products like vitamins, and the viviscal pills work on hair as it grows, then how can you see a difference in the hair you already have by taking these pills for a short time. Not just the viviscal, but the multi-vitamins, vitamin e, kelp and anything else taken internally.I don't understand. Could someone please explainCurrently I am taking a multi-vitamin and pre-natal vitamin; vitamin e tablets, silicon drops, and drinking a multi greens drink (NutraGreens it has spirulina, chlorella, and other sea greens). Is this too much? or am I missing something. I have not noticed anything with my already grown hair, and I haven't noticed an increase in growth either. Of course, I've only been taking them all for a week at the most. But i have been taking the silicon for about a month.Can someone help me with the supplements. I need advice. Replies:
