I have been seeing my stylist for some time now and we have been unable to achieve the hair color I am looking for. My haircolor falls under B2(i believe) it is a medium brown but has many gold and red highlights. I would like a medium blonde, no gold or red. Will I have to bleach my hair and then dye it to acheive this color?

Are you sure you could'nt be happy with a little warmth? If not, consider getting a streaked highlight done in very fine weavings so it has a blended look intead of a streaky look. The over all impression would be a medium blonde but without the unwanted red and constant upkeep.

This should definitly be done by a pro and is a high maintainence color process in terms cost and upkeep. Think about this twice before you make this decision. william
