Do I really need to wait 48 hours before washing and blow drying it or can I go ahead and do it now? Is the only risk I should worry about is the perm not taking? If your hair has had a chance to dry completely like say 12 hours, you can go ahead and wash it. I have asked this question of many Perm companies and they all gave me the same answer: Yes, you can wash it. -------------
