Hi Regina,I just received a supply of Viviscal today and am anxious to get started. However, I'm not sure on whether you should take the pills immediately after you eat or is it better to take first thing in the AM and right before you go to bed. The brochure was unclear about how to take this stuff. Thanks for your help!

Leia,It's not particularly clear as to when you should take it. I take it after breakfast and then again right before I go to bed. I don't think that VIVISCAL would upset your stomach since it is a natural supplement. I say experiment with different times and see if you get sick when you take it with or without a meal. LeiaHi there! I have been taking Viviscal for a week now and i take mine first thing in the morning (about 6:30- 7:00) and then take it again at almost exactly 12 hours later. As with any medicine, keeping with a consistant schedule allows for adequate blood levels at all times.
