Date Posted: January 12 2000 at 4:01am I have split dry ends should I cut them all off. I see splits up the hair shaft too. I can see small hairs sticking up on the top of my head its hard to explain. I can see small shorter hairs that seem to be pocking outthey are not smooth like the rest of my hair are those considered splits? They don't look split they just look shorter and they don't blend in with the other hairs.My worry is my hair is a little past my cheek will I haveto cut it really short in order to fix the splits andthis fuzz I call it.I hope someone can understand what I'm talking aboutand help me because I could use it.Thanks so much.
