Hi everyone!I thought that I should share on how to give yourself a great deep penetrating conditioning treatment at home using both a high tech device and a low tech one that almost every home has, i.e. - a microwave and a plastic recycled grocery bag.Microwavable Deep Conditioning TreatmentsApply either a deep moisture reconditioner or a protein reconstuctor to your clean damp hair then heat a damp towel inthe microwave for a nice heat treatment during a deepconditioning application. I recommend that the towel be put in a plasticgrocery store bag to keep the micro sanitary. Then wrap the towelaround your hair and put the bag on over the towel. It helps keep the heatin. Doing this twice weekly can help with a multitude of hair problems, including dry hair and scalp. In your service,Mickhael

That is a really good tip. How long do you heat the towel for (I wouldn't want to make it too hot) and what do you think is a good reconstructor? Thanks.
