Hi,I currently let my chemically relaxed hair air dry after washing it and then I blow dry it to get a straighter appearance. Am I still incurring the same amount of heat damage as if I was blow drying when my hair is wet? Please advise. Thanks

Please advise.> ThanksThat would depend on how long you're drying it and what temperature you're drying it on. I doubt you're getting your hair real smooth this way. Its easier to straighten wet hair because your stretching it causing it to reform .Try using a product like KMS Flat Out. It coats the hair protecting it from the heat and leaves it real smooth, soft, and shiny.Joicos Straight Edge works good too. Good Luck
