Date Posted: January 12 2000 at 4:11am Because of some damage due to coloring, I've been setting my wet hair with large plastic rollers and letting my hair air dry for the last two months (at my hair salon, I go under a hooded dryer). It seems to be helping my hair, but it literally takes hours for my hair to dry. Also, I read an article in a black hair magazine in which the stylist mentioned that air drying relaxed hair can cause damage. Am I doing the right thing or should I alternate between the two methods? Replies:
