i know this sounds really dumb, but my hair is really boring right now. Usually it is full of curls, but they are really deformed curls. how can i deal with that? Right now i straightned my hair with a straightner, but it is frizzy. How can i make it nice a causle, with a bit of perkiness, but not to fancy for school. I want it to look nice. What can i do? Can you please give me some tips? they would be much appreciated. ThanksKatie

Hiya Katie,To eliminate the frizzies, use a good "defrizzing" product like KMS Flat Out, Ouidad's products or ARTec SmoothingSerum.I would recommend that you apply a good leave in conditioner first like Phyto's #7 or #9 (I love those) after you have towel dried. Not too much, just a dab. Then hand twist large sections of your hair into tight spirals.Spritz a little bit of Kiehl's Hair Thickening Spray or similar product onto your spirals and then blow dry on a low setting with a diffuser while using your fingers to lift the hair up at the roots. Don't touch or scrunch the ends or you will create major frizz.Get radically romantic by loosely bobby-pinning back the front and side sections.Really jazz it up by wearing a delicate drop necklace over your head and bobby pinning it to your hair. The chams should fall right in the middle of your forehead, directly above your nose.Whatever you do...practice this new style on the weekend a couple of times before you try it for school. This is not a style that you learn in 10 minutes. It takes time to experiment with how big to make the spirals or how tight and how to pick them out.Never brush out curls. Use a pick or your fingers to arrange the curls and spirals. Never comb them out or you will have some major frizz.Let me know if you have more questions.Best wishes,Karen> i know this sounds really dumb, but my hair is really> boring right now.
