I am starting a lap swim class in a few weeks, I color my hair and know the chlorine is damageing, I read a book by Jane Katz which has a lot of tips, she says to keep tinted hair as dry as possible and use a velcro swim cap.I have never herd of this type..any suggestions on caps and conditioners to use?
