Date Posted: January 12 2000 at 4:25am Hi there!I just read over at the Salon Web that safflower oil is a great emolient for dry ends. It is said that it is high in essential fatty acids, and is a good buy (more bang for your buck). I was wondering if anyone has tried to use Safflower oil and whether or not she/he liked the results?
