I am in real need of tips on how to style my hair, what products to use etc. I have long (a few inches from my waist) hair that is all one length. I basically wear it down my back in a braid all the time (I have a one year old that loves to pull it otherwise). I am thinking about having bangs cut in a style like the two actresses who were in Practical Magic (I'm blanking on the names right now). Problem is that it has been so long since I actually had a hairstyle that I don't know where to begin. How would I keep my bangs straight and not flipping out or curling in odd directions? My hair is sort of wavy/curly so any tips would be appreciated :)tiaAli

AliI have curly hair and have attempted to cuts bangs a million times but have always grown them out. If your hair is wavy now when it is long then it will get curlier the shorter it gets. To make a long story short: Be prepared to straighten your bangs daily and stay away form weather that promotes frizz!Maybe your should go with loooooong layers if you want to spruce up your hair instead!Regina
