I have been visiting this board for two months, and I 've really learned so much about hair, hair care products and overall care. Thanks to this board, my hair was starting to look and feel a WHOLE lot better. But this pass week I've notice that my hair has started to shed a lot. I mean tons!!! As I type this message, I'm sitting here looking at a pile of hair, and just about all the hairs have white bulbs at the tip, so I know they're root hairs. I don't understand-I'm not stressed, I eat healthy, and I even take a muti-vitamins. A friend suggested that it's normal, and that I'm only noticing it because I just started to take better care of my hair. I'm not sure, and I'm thinking about going to a doctor (It's a LOT of hair) Does anyone have any suggestions? If this keeps up, by saturday I won't have any hair left.
