How can you stomach taking all those vitamins everyday. Do you space them out throught the day? Or do you take them all at once in the morning and gag at once (that's what I do). How many do you take. Most are capsules, but some are medium size pills, and they really gag.How many so you take? I take about 15 different pills per day. Is this too much? What am I doing wrong, if it is.Please advise me soon.Thank you Replies:
