Hi, I just tried Aveda Beautifying Composition for the first time today and loved the results, but not the price. Would someone please help me find something that works as well or better and please instruct me as far as how to use it and where to get it?Thanks in advance,Connie

First the bad news....I have tried just plain jojobo oil...which is the primary ingredient in ABC but believe me, the ABC is worth every penny. I have been using it on my hair for years with stunning results.I have recently started testing some alternative oils to try and get the same results. I have not found any that in my opinion matched the ABC. However, I have been experiementing with a Wella Rosemary oil that seems to work well for me. Not as good as the Aveda, but still good. You can buy the Weleda right online from Whole Foods Market. I actually bought the oil from the Whole Foods in Dallas. There are also jojobo oils listed. However, I do not find that straight jojobo works as well for me. Maybe you might have better luck.Hope this helps.Karen> Hi, I just tried Aveda Beautifying Composition for the> first time today and loved the results, but not the> price.
