Here it is:It sounds great ... only a few questions. On your website, it says something about taking more step two vitamins for faster results. For faster results in the step one phase, what should I do? Should a person complete step one beforemoving on to step two, or can the two be combined? I have a month and a week to grow my hair healthier for a special event. Lots of instant length isn't my objective, healthier hair is, though. Also, how long after you first start taking step one is it safe to chemically alter (ie Perm, color, relax) hair? I don't know if I'm going to chemically alter it yet, but it's an option I'm considering.Thanks Much,Wendy
