To everyone -- what's the best hair tip you've ever received?(I am new here so if this topic has been posted ad nauseum, my apologies)Here's mine: My daughter has long thick, coarse hair. There was only one thing we both didn't like about it -- all the tangles. We tried leave-in conditioners which sort of helped, but it still took a long time to get through all the hair. Then, my stylist suggested that she use regular conditioner in the shower, but comb through the hair while the conditioner was still in. It works like a charm! It takes very little time, and when she's out of the shower, the hair is already detangled, so it takes almost no time to run a comb through it.Probably everyone knew about this but us, nevertheless it made a big difference!

The best tip I ever recieved is to rinse my hair after washing it with cold beer! It really makes it shine. Also, the tip probably everyone knows...go to a stylist instead of do it yourself colouring! (that's one i'll never forget!)
