My hair has been just a few inches short of my waist since I was about sixteen or so (that's 13 years!) and although it grew an inch right away once I started taking HF 37, it has stopped again. I trim it when I start seeing split or thin ends---usually every two months or so---and it doesn't seem damaged otherwise (I stay away from blow-dryers and heat styling), nor do I notice a lot of breakage and hair loss. I've had friends whose hair has laid dormant for awhile then suddenly started growing again, and I keep hoping that will happen to me, too. Is it likely this is as long as my hair will get?
