I have color-treated hair. I bought the smoothing shampoo and conditioner. I have'nt tried it yet so if anyone out there has tried it please let me know what you thought. I've been using Nexxus and have'nt been seeing the results I wanted. I hope this product works for me. I like what I've read on the bottle so far as to what it can do. I hope it is all true.

This is an excellent shampoo-I used it with the Moisture Pac, but have been told that the Smoothing Conditioner is really good, too. I didn't really like it at the time, because the shampoo didn't have a lot of lather, and the conditioner seemed more like a medium conditioner, but when I switched to another brand I realized that the Artec was really good, and the other brand wasn't. Use the whole bottle, and halfway through you will notice the differnce (or after you run out and switch, like I did). Also, Sherry likes Artec, and can tell you more...ReneeI have color-treated hair. I bought the smoothing> shampoo and conditioner. Hi there!'I have been an ARTec Junkie for some time now and the line is defintley a staple in my closet. I LOVE the Smoothing Sonditioner, and as long as you don't have fine hair, this conditioner should work well for you. As for the Smoothing shampoo-- I was a bit dissapointed in this one. It doesn't lather well at all, and I never felt like it was movable enough to get my scelp clean. I swtiched to the Volume shampoo (which is a bit better, but not the ultimate solution). Then, just about a month ago, ARTEc announced a new addition to the Textureline, the Daily Clarifying Shampoo. This was a god-send! I have very damaged, curly hair and I was worried about using a clarifier, but this was soooo gentle! It lathered well and moved well! My hair and Scalp felt very clean. I must warn you that I have read many posts form women who complained that the Smoothing line wighed their hair down and I found this problem too, while I was using the Smoothing shampoo. However, switching to either the Volume shampoo or the Daily Clarifying should eliminate that problem :) ARTec also makes a slew of other WONDERFUL cremes, gels and hairsprays. There are quite a few reviews at the HB and you should check them out :)Sherry~> I have color-treated hair. I bought the smoothing> shampoo and conditioner. Hi Elisabella,As Sherry said, she has done many reviews on ARTec. I reviewed the products you ask about, the ARTec smoothing shampoo/conditioner (click the link below).I have medium-to-fine hair (not colored), and the ARTec smoothing shampoo/conditioner gives me the best results of any product I have tried (to date). I should admit though that I when I tested the products it was winter (low humidity).Since you've already purchased the products, why not go ahead and give them a try? The only way to know whether or not they work for you is to just try them. Good luck!DaveRelated Link:Review of ARTec smoothing shampoo/conditioner
