In reading a lot of the messages on this board, I am seeing a trend. I was under the inpression that you could not just take extra viatmins to make the hair grow, but now I'm seeing that you can.Well, I want in. Show me how to make my hair grow. I don't really want to spend $80 for some vitamins/month.What else is good. I've seen biotin, silica (horsetail), b-complex, amino acids, brewer's yeast, seaweed, and kelp tablets. I've tried some, but haven't seen any results. Probably because I've given up too soon. How long before you see results? What should I take? And what kind of changes in my diet should I make.Should I take some of all of the above? How much is too much? Can topical hair products make your hair grow? I've read on some other sites and maybe I read this into the Aubrey review that all natural shampoos, conditioners and treatments unclog your pores, get absorbed into the scalp to stimulate and make hair grow longer and faster, like inches per month. One in particular is the NuHair (www.webdesignsforyou.com/Nuhair/) which is supposedly for African American hair. I am skeptical about this, but it must work for some.As you can see, I am confused. Really confused. Please help me.If you want, email me at wtbt@hotmail.comI cut my hair very short. It has grown out some, it's about 4 inches long (african american). It's at an in between stage. I really need about two inches to get it to the pin-up length, then I wouldn't have to wory about a lot of styling products and gels and all. It is unprocessed, chemical-free.If you can help, you know where to reach me. Or reply to me here on the site. I'm sure others would like the information.ThanksWTBT
