Yes, i would like to know if anybody knows how to keep your hair straight when you are exercising. Because i hate to get a perm all the time and I want to keep on exercising without making my hair even more nappy.If any body knows please send me some tips at jaaw@bellsouth.netThank you very much

Use some leave in conditioner and blow dry it straight. After blow drying it, part your hair in sections and apply oil or hair grease and blow dry each section until the hair is straight. That's what I do. It takes lots of time.

When my relaxed hair gets to the point that it's not behavaing, I use Ultra Swim and it's under control again.
