I have been debating for a few months on weather or not to dye my blonde hair red, and if so... what shade? I am light complected and green eyed so I think this would look good, but I am very unsure. Any comments would be appriciated. my husband says it would look stupid- but then again his sister is a redhead. The picture is not horribly flattering and my style is evolving into something else now.Related Link:picture of me

However a couple of things to take into consideration, 1) your skintone is very light and either wearing a little bronzing/tanning powder would make the contrast not nearly as 'stark' when going darker with your haircolor. I would reccomend using Redken ShadesEQ to go to a medium/dark auburn and not a 'red red color. Remember, for the best look, coordinate into a beautiful new you, you want to look like 'nature did it' a soft touchable hairstyle, soft aluring makeup especially around the eyes and when done right, you will look like you almost don't have any makeup on, all of the pieces of the puzzle will fit together, hair-makeup and clothes to blend together into a new you. Try to stay away from the temptation to 'create a whole new style fad by becoming something bizzare from another planet.' Without knowing what your new style is evolving into its hard to say about a hairstyle. If you have very good facial features and small ears that lie close to the head a much shorter cut could possibly work or their is many others that I am sure could work. william
