Date Posted: January 12 2000 at 5:06am hey anyone!I got a bad highlight job horizontal bleeding-so i filled it with a color and applied a darker color over it...it toned down the lines but they are still there. how soon can i color my hair AGAIN- or rather can a GOOD stylist do it?don't want to fry my hair!!HELP!
