Recently I've decided that I wanted a haircut. I want my bottom to be cut into an curved smile, like oval. I was thinking of layering the bottom. I have heard many people do it but what exactly does it mean and is it possible for my hair. Is it supposed to make my hair look fuller and thicker on the bottom? Please someone help.
