Well, my roots tell me that my hair has grown over 1" in the last 30 days, which is twice as fast as it normally grows. I have been on this product for 2 months. I take 3 a day because I weigh over 175 lbs. ~:o( I'm in this thing for the long haul. I want to continue taking Viviscal for at least a year. The thought of 12 more inches of hair in 12 months excites me! ~;o) -------------
