I have hair that is medium brown in color, and I would like to use Clairol Natural Instincts (Level 2) to change my color to a medium red. I also must add that I have used hair lighteners. My questions are, is there any way that this product can damage my hair? What possible unexpected color results could occur? Thanks a bunch for your swift reply. Replies:
