Date Posted: January 12 2000 at 5:09am I use to have shoulder lenght hair and would condition accordingly, but when I cut it to about 3/4 of an inch I was told by friends I no longer need to condition it. I figured that is would be a more reliable source for information and appreciate any suggestions. Replies:
