I saw a product called crown glory or something like that.Its a daily tablet for hair.The tablets contains loads of vitamins,biotin and other stuff.Should I get it or purchase it saparately(for example biotin tablets and protein tablets saparaTELY)

I have not heard of this product. I am not sure what the cost is but I would personally recommend that you try H37. I have been taking it along with Jeff and Jane and we all have had fantastic results with our hair.
