My hair is thick and frizzy! I'm tired of this style and I want something new. Like bangs swept off to the side, but I don't think anything will work. Right now it's layered above my shoulders. Any ideas or tips for my new hair cut?

Any ideas or tips for> my new hair cut?Well my hair was medium thick and frizzy. until i cut it off.. sorta like natalie imbruglia/meg ryan.. it doesn't of course look like it did on them.. but it's a lot healthier!and it is full not frizzy or poofy. i love it.just thought i'd share my input.
