Date Posted: January 12 2000 at 5:31am Im in the process of growing out my hair after doing alot of damage to it over the years.I cut it as short as i could stand to and have been trying to take good care of it. It is finally starting to grow and i am seeing alot less damage,but as soft as it feels, it still looks dry.I have heard alot of good stuff about ARTec,but I cant find it where I live(in Central Pa).
