When I recently visited her, she had attempted to lighten her hair with store-bought hair dye; it was L'Oreal Blondessence in Lightest Ash Blonde Level 10, (she had used that color a couple of times in the last six months), but her hair turned more of a light, bright orange-type of red. She hates it, and doesn't know why her hair didn't go more blonde instead of orange after she used the product a couple of times thinking that since it was getting much lighter, it would dial in to the blonde color eventually.At this point, without bleaching her hair, is there a way she can correct the orange hue of her color to a more yellow/blonde hue with some other product/products available on the market?- she has a Sally's nearby.
