Please tell me, if I am using 4oz. of a gel permanent hair coloring agent, how much developer do I need to mix with it? I get a different answer from everyone I ask. I went to two different beauty supply stores and got two different answers. A friend of mine that uses the same gel permanent colorant told me yet a different answer that she was told by her stylist, and ALL OF THE ANSWERS are different than what the box says to use: 1 part color to 2 parts developer (meaning 4 oz. color mixed with 8 oz. developer, right?)I want to be sure, and yours is the only advice I trust at this point. Please help! What is it? (please use ounces in your answer so there is no misunderstanding on my part) Thanks so much!
