They said at Sallys that the only sold those products to hairdressers so do I just need to wait till the semi color fades till I can put a permanent color over it to get it back to the color I want or is there something else I can do?Also if your hair is short ( earlevel) do you still need to put a lighter color at the roots to counteract the heat factor and if so how do you do that if you are mixing more than two shades of color together to get a particular shade?Thanks again for all your helpSusannah Replies:
