This is the thing- I bought some Metalex( expensive!) at Sallys and followed the directions to remove a semi-permanent color that was put over a permanent color in the hopes of starting all fresh. Well I left it on 20 minutes, rinsed it out and my hair looked the same. Should I just give up trying to get rid of this too dark, burgundyish color and wait for it to fade so I can put my regular permanent color over. At this point I think I have tried everything.Susannah Replies:
