It's suppose to help hair growth. I've been having some problems with my hair breaking and generally being unhealthy. I was shocked to see the culprit. Caffeine. I drink 6-8 cups of coffee in the morning, and tea throughout the day. I was just wondering if the people that were discussing inositol were having any luck with it. Are you noticing any changes in your hair and is inositol available anywhere, like walmart for example. Thanks a lot!!!! ~k Replies:
