William, I have read your responses to a variety of questions are it seems you are a pro! I have a haircut appointment coming up in a couple of weeks and am seeking a change. Something classic that can be spiced up - maybe the new Courtney Thorne-Smith cut? Anyway, I am 5'3, medium/average build, with brown highlighted hair. I have a round face. My current hairstyle is to the shoulders with long bangs and long layers. My hair is medium texture with a slight wave. I am open for suggestions. I want something fresh, yet suitable for someone in their early 30s (nothing that will make me look older or severe). I have a conservative job, yet like my hair very unconstructed during my off time. Please help!!!!

One of my favorites for an easy wear/versatile do is the one that Kelly McGillis wore in 'Top Gun', especially if your hair is wavy as you say, it can be worn scrunched and curly or blown smooth for an easy on the eye bob type style, or pinned up for curls and a short updo look especially with the hair jewelry that is so much in vogue right now, using small decorative clips.william
