I'm going to put red highlights in my hair this afternoon. I got the "Sunset Glo" shade of Ardell's Hennalucents. Its a powder that you add boiling water to, and then put on your hair for 15 minutes if you want conditioning, 25 if you want slight color change, and 35 if you want temorary color (6-8 weeks). Its 100% organic, and can be used on chemically treated hair. My sister found it and we used it to fix her hair after it was dyed black -- we left it on her hair about 40 minutes and now she has beautiful deep auburn colored hair, with tons of shine and very natural looking highlights and variation. I used it a few weeks ago for only 15 minutes to see if it really was conditioning -- and I was amazed! My hair felt great for days after using it -- so nice and smooth! It added extremely subtle red highlights -- very slight, and only in the sun. I'm planning on leaving it in for 25 minutes today -- wish me luck!Has anyone else ever used this product?
