Date Posted: January 12 2000 at 5:52am Hi everyone, I have a question that I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced. When i was 14 I had bra length dirty blonde hair that was as straight as a board. Due to a scissor-happy idiot of a stylist I ended up with a short poodle perm. I'd kept my hair short for years. About 2 years ago I decided to grow it out and had decided that fingertip length might be nice. The problem is that now that my hair is below my shoulders it's starting to curl! I have very soft ringlets, the shorter top layers are still straight but the bottom seems to have a mind of it's own. Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks in advance.
