When you say, "YOUR NOT SUPPOSED TO BRUSH UR HAIR WHILE ITS DRY....THERE WILL B NO EFFECT." Is absolutely FALSE. While it is true that it is a lot easier and more effective to brush your hair when it is still damp, doesn't mean that it HAS to be wet in order to form and maintain waves. When brushing throughout the day you do not have to wet your hair in order to form waves. The key is to BRUSH it doesn't matter too much whether your hair is wet or dry. 1 ------------- NOW THAT'S WASSUP CAUSE I SAID THAT'S WASSUP!!! |
