Yesterday I applied some haircolor to may hair to give it a nice red color, and now it's a deep violet-ret bordering on black. I'm pretty pale already and now I look like a vampire! It's also spotty and my natural haircolor (medium-brown with red undertones) shows through. I have some job interview and I need help! I wanted to go a lighter red color and now I look terrible! I used Natural Instincts Level 2 color Egyptian Plum wich lasts through 24 shampoos! I need help! I have some job interviews coming up and I can't go looking like this!Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :)Pam

Hi,How soon are the job interviews? I say just wash your hair everyday and hope that it fades before the interviews. If it wouldn't dry your hair out too much, and/or you are really desparate, you might want to try washing your hair multiple times per day.Erika> Yesterday I applied some haircolor to may hair to give> it a nice red color, and now it's a deep violet-ret> bordering on black. I had a similar problem once with haircolor and found out that repeatedly using hot oil treatments like Vo5 Hot Oil will sometimes remove some of the dye. Any form of regular conditioning should help, too. Just don't heat-style your hair for a while because this could set the color more. I have never tried removing hair dye, but if you go to a beauty supply store, like Sally Beauty Supply, they should at least be able to recommend so that you don't have to wait for it to wash out. Good Luck--Laurie
