Hi William...Thanks for all of your previous advice with cuts, etc. I have naturally light to medium ash brown hair down just past my shoulders with goldish highlights around the face and a couple on top going down the back. I also have permanent color from back in May that is growing out that is a warm medium brown, while my roots are highlighted against my natural ash brown color. I have used Shades several times to blend. Anyway, my highlights are nearing the 8 week mark and I would like to attempt to do them myself since I am only interested in face framing and crown highlights. I would like to veer away from the goldish or reddish tones though, since my natural base color is ashy. Any suggestions? Thanks. As always, I really appreciate your professional advice.
